If you haven't heard of Nikki Reed, she is part of WZPL’s Smiley Morning Show (99.5 FM) in Indiana and she was a victim of damaged hair that stopped growing. Nikki recently appeared on Indy Style to share her story about restoring her hair to its natural state after damaging it due to constant dyeing for so many years.

Nikki explained that part of her radio personality is to always do fun and crazy things to her hair. This caused a long trend of dyeing her hair to different colors which damaged the hair at its root. Constantly dyeing hair and changing its color is an increasing trend nowadays, called fantasy hair, but what people like Nikki fail to realize is how damaging it is. Nikki explains on Indy style that after years of dyeing and straightening her hair that she realized her hair just stopped growing as if her hair said "No! I've had enough of you!". This is when she sought the help of Transitions of Indiana.
